Above average pay. Company wide events.

Cons

Terrible management. I worked like a slave to get the property I was at in a position of revenue growth. Good luck ever getting in contact with HR once you leave the company. I was terminated and no representative reached out to inform me of my unemployment benefits or rehire eligibility. I was discriminated against as soon as my manager discovered my disability. Very high turn over. No employee recognition. My ACM received a “thank you card” for being with the company for 5 years, despite tenure being very rare. No support if you are short staffed. Two Maintnence Directors quit during a 9 month period. This company does not care about their employees. HR is a joke. No empathy or compassion.

Cons

Workload and expectations can be high at times, especially during busy seasons. Growth opportunities may feel limited depending on location or leadership. Some inconsistency in communication from upper management.
