I was very lucky to work under the best leader in the company. If this had not been the case I would have left immediately. Competitive pay and benefits, Lasting personal and professional relationships

Cons

Corporate management unqualified, Onsite teams not valued by upper management, Political, Roll outs very unorganized, Little to no training opportunities since 2020, Corporate departments not supporting onsite teams but rather making them feel defeated and incompetent

Competitive benefits, housing discounts, and opportunities to grow within the company. Management is generally approachable and encourages professional growth.

Cons

Workload and expectations can be high at times, especially during busy seasons. Growth opportunities may feel limited depending on location or leadership. Some inconsistency in communication from upper management.
