Pros
The pay us every 2 weeks and honestly I can't think of anything else.
Cons
Management is horrible and if you disagree with them you are literally told to get with the program or just LEAVE. If you are an agent that is tele-commuting from your home not only do you have to work your normal hours but you HAVE to work their Emergency Service line at least 8 hours a year. So you can work your normal 8am to 5pm shift then you can turn-around and do your PT job that same night from 6pm to 10pm(to hell with your family/kids OR you can work your normal job Mon-Fri and then you can work your PT job on the weekend---again to hell with your life/family). People have quit just because this is a requirement and it doesn't seem like much, but all of the agents are waiting for word from "management" that we are now requiring you to work 8 hours per quarter or how about per month on top of your regular FT job---lucky us! So you have a part-time job to go along with your full-time job.. Turn-over and staff moral is horrific. Computer systems barely work and their "tools" are the worst things ever.
