Pros

Wonderful people to work with and for. Supportive organization that is known for producing outstanding members for the workforce. Very fast growing district that tries to keep a small community feel and is excellent at promoting within where there is potential. This can be noted in my resume how quickly I was able to grow.

Cons

A few areas lacked leadership. Compensation for the job responsibilities could have made more of an impact for a growing family. Job required long hours away from my family.
