Pros
Pays the bills during the holiday rush. But they play favorites with hiring people who have been working for the company before you were, even if you're more qualified, so don't plan on a job once the rush is over.
Cons
The pay is horrible. How can Cabela's plan to keep good people at $10 an hour? That's just embarrassing. You won't have a life, either, mandatory to work every weekend, and days off are during the week. Shifts vary all over the hours, too, and aren't the same from even week to week. No planning ahead for anything with family members, unless you give up your hours and take a hit on your paycheck.
