TERRIBLE Employee Relations ~ We are NOT Rabid Dogs - Outfitter Cabela's Employee Review

This company treats their employees like dirty dogs. No more scheduling, just last-minute calls to come in for part time staff which is the majority of what's left here. It's a churn of employees who are nothing more than low paid slaves ~ typical of retail since most of the BOD sit on other Retail Boards. If we could boycott these big box stores, that would be the very best course of action for the public. Find a job anywhere but here!
