discounts are ok and 3 point 5 is pretty awesome. most of the employees are great to work with.
Cons
HR needs a complete overhaul from the bottom up. the senior leadership within the corporation has no clue what the stores do, nor do most of them par take in any of the activities that the store sells, therefore failing in their sales and operations plans for the company as a whole.
