      Great discount on store brand items. Some departments are flexible with hours and availability.

      Cons

      Major CON - Bass Pro bought Cabela's. Horrible wage when Target and other are offering $3-$5 dollars more/hr. HR horrible at this location. Force you to get "Club Cards" for a $1 "bonus" on each customer that signs up, while managers get $20 "bonus" for each card that is applied for.
