Pros
Great company if you are fresh out of school and want to get some experience under your belt, but you will outgrow it within a few years (or one). If you just want a job to coast in, stick around. Mostly friendly and easygoing people. Relaxed work culture. Nice store discount if you are an outdoors person.
Cons
Extremely indecisive upper management on key initiatives, they will only make a decision when the falls are falling down (and even then they will struggle). Inflexible hybrid work options, old-school company culture, poor salary increases, some very micro-manage type managers. Most people are treated as disposable objects, as most employees are not valued as being highly skilled, nor are given too much responsibility. Certain employees are promoted by nepotism despite them struggling to complete their basic tasks. Work hard here and you can find some growth. But you will cringe at the decisions (and lack of decisions) by upper management. Once you hit your salary and career development ceiling, find greener pastures.
