Coworkers are incredibly kind, helpful, and are the only reason why most employees stay here so long.
Cons
Where to start? - Management often micromanages employees. - Employees are the last priority. - False promises made to offer bonuses. - Employees are blamed for long queues/wait times while management barely hires enough employees to cover shifts. - In addition to previous point, management are constantly adding more job responsibilities to their employees with no increase of pay, but a higher expectation to complete tasks at a faster rate than previously. - HR is only there to support management, any employee concerns are swept under the rug. - Non-competitive wage. And unfortunately much more.
