Pros
Employee discount is great, people are friendly, standard of customer service is very high. Good place to get high quality service experience. Even the customers can be nice and interesting, you also learn about a wide range of products and types of business.
Cons
Holiday hours are killer, corporate pressure always makes the management push the employees to do more with yes. Most everyone is heavily underpaid and needs to work multiple jobs or leave within a year to cover their basic needs (including middle management). The only ones who can afford to work here are team leads or people who are working here in their retirement
