Pros
- Great training - Working with a huge team so great for making friends
Cons
- You will not be even close to getting 30 hours a week during low season (October-April/May) - Management plays huge favoritism- if you're flirty girl that has a certain look (lots of makeup and dyed blonde hair) you will be favored - No place to move at all- they say your 'attitude is your altitude' but in reality there is no growth, the hierarchy is quite flat so even when you work there for a long time and a get a small promotion, it will mean nothing in the grand scheme - Power hungry- because of the lack of growth there is so much micromanaging and people trying to use power moves over other employees - No benefits at all!! Worked at small restaurants which even gave some health care benefits but none here - Wage very slightly above minimum- everyone apart from the managers are so underpaid
