Terrible Management - Hostess Cactus Club Cafe Employee Review

Rude co workers. No room for growth, managers will promise a promotion with no follow up. Terrible scheduling, never paid attention to availability. Racist, I was told African American security guards were scheduled on busy nights to scare rowdy guests. No breaks, even on 8+ hour shifts, it is looked down on to ask for one. If you don't wear makeup or heels you will be talked to by a manager, girls were fired for not wearing makeup.
