Worst work experience of my life - Line Cook Cactus Club Cafe Employee Review

Horrible work environment. Kitchens are dirty, equipment is old and the staff doesn’t receive a training, on your first day they walk around with you and that’s it! Turn over is extremely high and they hire anybody without any qualifications. That is why you see a board outside of every store saying “we’re hiring!”. Lots of corporate bs all day long. Wages are low. Tips for the kitchen are fixed in just $2 or $3 a hour... and that makes me think where the rest of the money goes to? There’s no food for employees!!!
