Stability, support, growth, and development

Cons

Salary was not great but it is the agriculture industry so what do you expect. There are a lot of good people that work for this company, but there are a lot of shady, ignorant, bruised knees folks as well. Also, there will be no work life balance but again its the ag industry and it takes a fully committed individual to dedicate their life to this career.
