Pros

Pros include an ESOP retirement program, affordable health, vision, and dental insurance, FSA and Dependent Care savings account, paid sick and vacation, some paid holidays, and life insurance options.

Cons

Locations are remote, and relations between yards and corporate are not ideal. Opportunities for most people to advance within the company are few and far between. Pay is slightly lower than other companies of similar reputation from my experience.
