Pros
This is a great place to work. The people, the benefits, the salary are all top notch. There is a lot of opportunity here and the ability to make a real difference.
Cons
There was only one downside when I joined and this was the vacation policy 3 weeks for new employees with 2 shutdowns. Management saw this and adapted to address it. The corporate vacation policy is now in line with most other high tech companies, so what was a con is now a pro.
