Pros
Some of the teams are great and work with challenging tech. Work-life balance, good match for work while studying. Nobody cares how much time do employee work every day. Salary is good.
Cons
Most of tasks connected with old (10-20 years) technology stack, so tasks are often boring and mundane. Development process - where and how tasks come from, is mostly dictated by higher management. Reviews do not work. Only small amount of people care about personal growth
