      Very good work culture. Work life balance. Awesome team cutting edge work. Lot of flexibility. Overall a fun place to work.

      Cons

      Niche area of work means you may be cut off from what all is happening outside your domain although Cadence does provide a lot of training/learning on new areas. Best is to augment your learning with new stuff from other fields.
