came here as on contract. very nice exposure of work. good team management. manager ia really good 1) nice work culture, flexible timmings 2) they only worry about work ...ethier do it this way or that way 3) good compensation 4) if you are hardworking then you will be hired on a permanent role
Cons
1) they dont have any policy for contractual job to take on permanent role - you have to try ur luck 2) hr dep is very slow
