Unethical Company - Software Engineer -2 Cadence Design Systems Employee Review

So unethical company. When i resigned the manager asked me my desired relieving day. I told him and he didnt show any concerns with this. On the last day they ask me for short notice period recovery. They should have clearly told earlier that I will have to pay for short notice. FnF not provided even in one month. Finance people dont reply to your mails. This is the worst company i have ever worked with. I recommend everybody not to work with this company. Bad kind of work/domain No growth Unresponsive hr/management/finance Unethical HR The team in which I worked has a very bad wlb. Manager is non-cooperative.
