Cons
With the HR organization itself there is a culture of competitive and isolation. Leaders don’t encourage lower level HRBPs to parter and collaborate with their HR colleagues to address organization challenges and needs. It often leads to siloed thinking within the HR function that mirrrs that if business leaders.
