Pros
I work primarily off of tips. The money that I am able to make in a short amount of time is the only benefit of working at Cadillac Ranch.
Cons
Cadillac Ranch does not respect their employees. They are very un-organized and you do not receive any sort of compensation at all. They do not have any sort of health care as most restaurants do that are a semi-large company; however they do not. The people that you constantly are dealing with, the lack of interest that management takes in their employees. There is rarely an opportunity for growth and if you by chance that you were promoted, they would not pay you legitimately and lay you off or fire you the first time money fell short from the owners opening up another store. Not a very stable place to work.
