      Recognition and new PTO policy 401k Match I like my manager.

      Cons

      Less overtime than there used to be. I still get around 10 hours a week, but I used to get 20.

      Steady employment thanks to customer base

      Cons

      Low paying for the area. Since being bought by Cadrex, the personal aspect is gone. Employees feel like numbers in the eyes of corporate and feel undervalued.
