Management says open door but it’s not. They gas light you, lie to your face. Safety is a joke. Forklift drivers not made to recertify yearly. Management has no clue what goes on the production floor. No chance for advancement pay is very low and not competitive. They lie in the interview that should have been my run point. They say work 4 ten hour days but then they have mandatory overtime every Friday.
