      Lousy pay. Lousy management, crap benefits that cost you more than it costs them, excessive micromanagement, and gaslighting when you find something wrong instead of fixing the problem

      Steady employment thanks to customer base

      Cons

      Low paying for the area. Since being bought by Cadrex, the personal aspect is gone. Employees feel like numbers in the eyes of corporate and feel undervalued.
