Pros

People working there were almost always a pleasure to work with, and people were generally willing to help others if needed.

Cons

Poor communication between different shifts and management cause a number of friction points. Some shifts were stuck with much more difficult and/or exhausting workloads that wasn't addressed by management. I was also doing work above my position and pay grade almost daily, but was denied the promotion for the work I was already doing.

Cons

Low paying for the area. Since being bought by Cadrex, the personal aspect is gone. Employees feel like numbers in the eyes of corporate and feel undervalued.
