Pros
Solid company to work for, overall the company is structured well Compensation is around industry standard for the position The company isn't in danger of closing its doors (the guests NEED their coffee)
Cons
-Benefits for Restaurant Managers could include more "perks" (more vacation time, for those that have been faithfully employed for more than 5 years, a few paid holidays that can be used as "flex-time" would be nice too) -The ability to actually take actual full-week vacations has been non-existent due to field management not ensuring that these vacations are taken. -The support from within the company sounds like it should be there, but direct supervisors in the field can be hands off. -The career path is very attractive on paper, however members of field management have been hands off in my experience, and personal development has been minimal.
