Pros
It is a very friendly environment, everyone knows and understands their job. I have learned a lot in the six months that I have been here and I continue to learn everyday. It is a relaxed environment and management is hands on and are there when you need them. It also pays well.
Cons
The one thing for me is the insurence benefits, If you are covering more than yourself, it is a little high. We do have some paid Holidays off, but there are some that I wish we could get as well.
