Benefits! Management! Training is a joke! No plan to get you started and set you up to thrive, only fail. No support. Special treatment to manager favorites. Unprofessional work environment. Managers talk negatively to other managers about employees within ear sight of other employees. Loud and overbearing manager personalities. Treated like children with emails of what you can and can’t do regarding minuscule things instead of worrying about bigger issues. No accountability against management that has had multiple complaints against them and honest exit interviews. Very stressful and hostile work environment .Don’t waste your time, you’ll regret it and lose years off your life trying to be heard, taught, and appreciated!
