Pros
Great pay, good benefits, great support team, organized, growing, good training, supportive leadership.
Cons
Lack of Restaurant Managers per location. No management bench. Management trainee trained in quality locations then placed in unfavorable situations. Many good candidates quit because the transition was to difficult. Can't seem to keep Restaurant Managers once they are trained. High turnover in crew level positions as well. Constant revolving door.
