Pros
Family oriented atmosphere. Genuine concern for employees. Company bends over backwards for individual needs and unusual circumstances. People here no matter what their job really have a passion for this business and the customers and it shows. If you are willing to learn and work hard there will be opportunities for you. Or if you are happy being a driver you stay a driver.
Cons
Schedule can be really rough but it's the nature of the Ready Mix industry. Can be hard to make plans not knowing what time you will be working. If it's slow you may not get a lot of hours if you are new but if you can stick it out in the beginning it doesn't take that long to work your way up in seniority and work fairly steady hours. Sometimes more hours than you want!
