Pros

Calculated Hire is Eight Elevens newest and fastest growing division. since joining the company in 2015 I have experienced a culture that is second to none and have had opportunities that I didn't think would be possible. This company continues to invest in it's employees and it shows. This is not a high turnover, no work-life balance environment. This company will give you all of the tools, resources, and coaching for you to be successful all while blazing your own path. If you are looking for a culture, environment, and challenge that feels like a true career rather than just a job, I highly advise you to look into Calculated Hire!

Cons

The staffing industry certainly has its ups and downs which isn't for everyone. Thankfully the culture and family environment are there to pick you up during these times, but nonetheless you will be tested.

Low hourly pay and no annual profit sharing while in contract role for third party insurance company
