I've been with Calculated Hire (Eight Eleven Group) for about 4 years and I can honestly say I have grown and evolved during every single one of them. This industry can be completely unpredictable, our jobs can vary every single day, but the team of leaders that is under Calculated Hire and the Eight Eleven Group will do everything they can for you to succeed. For that, I owe the leaders of this company a great deal of appreciation and gratitude. With me, they have a bought in contributing team member for life. I am also confident that some day I'll be able to give back and be a leader to the ones climbing up the ranks as well. This job has taught me everything from recruiting, to sales, to conflict resolution, project management, and overall leadership. I have also been exposed to various industries and learned how to be a consultant in all of those spaces. I love this company and appreciate the challenges that come along the way.

This industry is unpredictable and there are times where you feel like you're working hard for no immediate result.
