Pros

Government work is guaranteed money if you are in the inner circle this is true job security Umfortunately there are only 2 relatives that will forever remain in the inner circle.

Cons

This place has massive massive management problems not to mention nepotism is alive and well. Horrible morale was the remaining factor for my decision to move on to a long term employer elsewhere. Be careful and think hard before working at this place
