The team and the people that are there are some of the best.

Constant changing of priorities. Leadership never seems to know what they want.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback about your time at Calendly. Hearing that the people around you were a genuine highlight means a lot, that's not accidental, and it's something we want to keep being true as we grow. The flip side, feeling like priorities were shifting faster than clarity could follow, is feedback we don't want to brush past. We're passing it to the leaders who need to hear it. Doing the best work requires knowing where you're headed, and that's a standard worth holding ourselves to. — The Calendly People Team

Pros

- From my experience, great team, attentive leadership, and focus on making things better for everyone. - I've genuinely enjoyed who I work with on a day to day basis - even with a fully remote culture. - Competitive pay, good benefits. - Legitimately a fun job.

Cons

- Every job has its ups and downs. But that being said I can genuinely say I've enjoyed my time here.

This genuinely made our day to read, thank you for sharing it! Hearing that the team, the leadership, and the day-to-day work have all been a positive experience means a lot, especially coming from someone living it in a fully remote environment. Strong connections across a distributed team don't happen by accident, and it's great to know that's coming through. Your advice to leadership, staying focused and giving engineers room to build is something we want to make sure stays front and center. That's exactly the kind of environment we're working to protect and build on. We'd love to keep that momentum going, and your People Business Partner is always a great sounding board if you ever want to share more. — The Calendly People Team

Pros

Good people to be found, fully remote

Cons

Culture plummeted in my last year or two, and there was never any direction for me or my peers to feel like we had the tools we needed to grow. Priorities were in the wrong place and I no longer felt valued, just simply a number on a roster. My manager also would go from micromanaging to days-long silence, neither of which made for a productive work environment.
