Pros

Previous folks and leadership were/are a great group of folks that are responsible for making the company what it is today. Excellent benefits, but I'm only here for the equity to be honest.

Cons

People don't seem to really like the company anymore which is evidenced by people fleeing and those secretly looking to leave but are staying for the equity. New leadership is just not a good fit and they all came from Quest which makes really disgusting products. Too focused on scaling and selling instead of brand integrity.

Pros

Your days off are on a "rotating schedule", which allows you to get TWO 3-day weekends every 4 weeks, or so. You are allowed to take Almond Milk home. There can be a lot of down time between runs/batches and as long as your not doom scrolling on your phone, you aren't bothered.

Cons

The rotating schedule runs Sunday through Saturday and regularly requires working six consecutive days to make up for three-day weekends. Twelve-hour shifts are mandatory, and employees may be instructed on short notice to arrive four hours early. For example, if your scheduled shift is 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., you could be required to work from 1:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. instead. When someone calls out sick, day shift employees may be required to cover night shift, and vice versa. Additionally, the weekly schedule can change three to four times within the same week. There is no designated trainer or structured training program. New employees are trained by staff members who must balance training with their regular workload, and important information may be missed. Leadership direction is often unclear, and that lack of clarity filters down to employees. Compensation is the same across roles, even though some positions are significantly more complex and demanding than others, including roles that receive the same pay as basic positions such as floor cleaning.
