Their focus on operational excellence and culture transformation has produced measurable results, and they never lose sight of the mission: Creating California's Best Banking Relationships. They encourage development opportunities, provide clear communication, and make sure employees have the tools and training to perform at a high level. The environment is collaborative. Leaders listen, act on feedback, and create space for innovation while balancing risk and customer experience. It’s clear they care about careers, and that makes a big difference. If you’re looking for a place where leadership leads by example and invests in people, CB&T is that place.

      Cons

      Large, matrixed organization means extra approvals and documentation; simple changes can take longer than they should. Risk/compliance requirements are necessary but can feel heavy at times, adding steps that don’t always improve the customer experience.
