Great organization with deep roots in banking makes it feel safer and more stable than other FI's. Great network of help from departments and access to procedures to ensure regulations are being adhered to. Provides a great customer and employee experience.

Cons

Challenges from previous acquisitions to ensure that all employees adhere to the CBT way. Customers are still coming accustomed to the CBT way verses previous allowances of the acquired bank.
