Pros
If you enjoy a busy schedule, this place definitely would keep you busy, except may be if you're a teller. Like most small banks, the branches rarely have any bank customers. Still there are behind-the-scene activities that do not have direct customer contact. A good place if you want to learn, if you're young and just starting out.
Cons
Low pay, almost no chance for a promotion or transfer opportunity, raises that barely keep up with inflation if at all. If you're offered a position, start your negotiation right off the bat. You're not likely to get it later on. They may say to you that the salary is "fair market" and if you're considering their offer, you can still negotiate for PTO, title, stock option, etc. There is still room for flexibility on PTO, title, etc. For every rule they say are in place, there is another set of rule with selective enforcement.
