Cons
After 30 years of working with the big national banks. I was recruited by a friend. I was extremely hesitant to move, I did. The biggest mistake . They promised that it was all about "customer relationships". It was all about selling widgets, just like the big banks. They do not have name recognition, they do not understand credit underwriting and credit risk. For a extremely small $50,000.00 business loan, they want everything but the kitchen sink, and in most cases they want the kitchen sink also. Most of the big banks approve these loans up to $100,000.00 no financials, with a basic online application. It is actually embarrassing to face a client with all the stipulations they require on $50,000.00 equipment business loan.
