      Flexible schedule Get to work with some great people Get to meet some wonderful people Benefits offered

      Cons

      Can be very stressful at times Company changed the compensation plan for the Design Consultants, so now it is very difficult to make anything above an hourly minimum wage. 12 weeks or more of training before getting out into the field

      Great culture. Being the brand of belonging resonates inside and outside of the organization. Leadership cares about team members as people and not just employees.
