It was a great decision to step away from a company and a role that made me deeply unhappy and did not conform with my values, I did not have confidence in the company. This bold move stemmed from being unsupported and undervalued which has been affecting me for several months. I found myself being micro-managed in a job role I have been doing well for years. I feel let down by my previous company not painting the true picture before I signed the contract. Due to this misinformation on the company’s behalf, I have been unable to fulfil not only my clients’ needs – but mine too. The expectation and the reality did not meet. We spend a lot of time at work and deserve to be happy in what we do. Management team provided a very poor performance and several times clashing between themselves.
