Pros
Friendly & diverse environment (specifically speaking of coworkers) Get to see some astonishing properties Easy work (may leave you sore depending on the property or workflow in shop) Good benefits Flexible around your personal life
Cons
Guilt trip you to work over your hours Lack of training (pretty much never get training when you’re told you will) Managers don’t keep their word most of the time Managers tend to micromanage without much acknowledgement of what you’re doing right (makes it extremely tough on shop work and causes a lot of slippage on production accuracy) Shop workers seldom receive acknowledgment & are constantly spoken down to by both management and the install team Communication is severely lacking between management and employees Unrealistic expectations on delivery/arrival ETAs Punishment for tardiness is NOT universal I was hired $3 under the hiring wage range & even with a raise after 90 days was kept $1 under
