Good people, horrible communication - Accounting California Closets Employee Review

Horrible communication. Departments don't communicate, causing issues and duplicate work. Almost no employee perks. Employee discount is good but product is so expensive, the average worker cannot afford even at 50% off. Work gets piled onto the reliable workers and complainers get less work given to them.
