Pros
Constant work. Eventually begin earning paid time off. Good people work there. can be really good if you are willing to put in the amount of effort needed
Cons
Never know when you are going to get off work. Communication is terrible. Not too much consistency. Work Tuesday- Saturday. No real room for you to advance. Whatever you start as is pretty much what you will stay at and raises are few and far between so negotiate when you come in.
