Horrible Company - Design Consultant California Closets Employee Review

The pay is horrible, they spend months training you but the company does not have enough staff to produce the products so you are constantly telling your clients things will change, all ownership cares about is getting the sale, and you wont see your money for MONTHS. Also the NYC sales are almost double what any other location makes so don't believe that you will be making NYC money. My sales amount were the exact same as my NYC counterparts but their number of closets sold were half the amount - you literally have to do double the work.
