      -Get to meet new people every day -projects can be interesting and vary every day -if you're a good seller, can make a decent amount but with a ton of work involved

      Cons

      -horrible work/life balance -expected to be in communication with customers at all times- tons of follow up -company isn't really concerned with its employees well being

      Great culture. Being the brand of belonging resonates inside and outside of the organization. Leadership cares about team members as people and not just employees.
