Pros
There may be other franchises that are worth your time, however the one I work at is a joke. Look else where.
Cons
* They are ridiculously unorganized * Do not take deposits for material for most jobs which puts production behind causing the installs to run behind schedule. You will often not have all the material you need to finish the job. They do not communicate with clients so when you don't have there completed order the installer will be the first to mention that not all there materials are in and you will have to go back. You will be underpaid, overworked, and if you don't have all the materials for the day it will be your fault. The major production machines are in need of repair and maintenance.
