      Paid training at start, supportive management, lots of company generated leads, great product and quality, very kind team, flexible work hours.

      Cons

      The company is a bit stingy towards their employees. The work does not end at 5pm. Work - life balance is hard to maintain.

      Great culture. Being the brand of belonging resonates inside and outside of the organization. Leadership cares about team members as people and not just employees.
